Style the Knot Hair and Makeup Services humble beginnings are found in the mind of a seven-year-old girl. Diana was a very imaginative girl and loved to pamper her Barbie dolls and pretend to do their hair and makeup. Her brother would soon regret having a sister with such big dreams as he became a frequent, unwilling consumer of her hair styling and a model for countless doll hair accessories.

Later on, Diana's dream would land her into cosmetology school. There she really found her passion as people willingly lined up out the door so that Diana could practice the skills she had been honing over a lifetime. That was over ten years ago.

Diana continued to develop her passion as she worked in high end salons and never stopped learning. She took the time to attend professional makeup classes and started offering these services to her happy clients. Her relationship with her clients led to many close friendships. She found she was very busy and enjoyed the opportunity to work in such a great profession.

Yet, something was still missing. Diana had been doing editorial shoots for magazines and artist's projects, and she was doing weddings on the weekends. After doing a few weddings, Diana was hooked. Not much longer she would tie the knot herself and realized weddings were her calling. These were such glamorous affairs and her inner seven-year-old knew she had to be a part. So with nothing more than a dream (and years of intensive training and hard work), Style the Knot was born.
